During the week of November 7-11, you will have an incredible opportunity to get to know Harlequin editors and find out what kind of stories they want to buy. We’ll offer both basic level and master classes-something for everyone. You’ll pick up tips on writing craft, the latest trends in romance, and how to get from opening page to a published book. Here’s the theme for the week:

Day 1: Writing Romance Day 2: Starting Your Book Day 3: Revising Your Book Day 4: Selling Your Book Day 5: Submitting Your Book

In addition every day, we are offering an exciting opportunity to submit your work directly to the editors at Harlequin. We’ll be asking for your opening pages, gripping scenes, synopses and query letters, and responding the very next morning online to a selection of submissions. On the final day of the conference, you’re invited to enter our contest. One winner will receive a contract and will have his/her series book published by Harlequin. In order to qualify your complete manuscript must be submitted by December 15th, 2011. The winner will be announced March 1, 2012. Harlequin is always looking for new writers. Check out these stats:
